Drop Shipping Program :
In response to hundreds of inquiries, Window Toppers now offers web sites & internet
merchants the ability to advertise and sell our products without purchasing items for stock.
Window Toppers will drop ship the items directly to your customers, and provide you with
access to the images & product information for use on your web site.
If you would like to become a registered Drop Shipping Merchant of our products, please
review the guidelines below.

1.) Advertisement Areas - Window Toppers grants you permission to advertise "our
products" for sale directly through your retail business using your business' web site, internet
merchant store (example: EBAY), or mail order catalog.
You may advertise your products in any area or marketing channel except the following
prohibited areas. Window Toppers advertises in these areas for our retail web site
www.WindowToppers.com , so it is of no benefit for other merchants to advertise "our
products" in these same areas being that you could not compete with our retail prices.
These Prohibited Advertising areas are as follows...
1.) Yahoo! Shopping / Yahoo's merchant product advertisement area.

2.) Froogle / Google Network's merchant product advertisement area.

*You are welcome to advertise your business or any "other products" in these areas, so long
as they are not "our products".
**Window Toppers only advertises individual products online in these two areas, along with
search engine submission to all major search engines and directories.
Outside of these two prohibited areas, merchants have free reign of advertising areas on the
internet / world wide web.
Recourse - Violators will be banned from doing any and all present & future sales and
business transactions with Window Toppers, Inc.
Window Toppers reserves the right to pursue Legal Action against any entity which violates
this agreement.

Product Representation: - You are prohibited from "Mis-Representing" our products as being
manufactured by any other entity other than Window Toppers, Inc.
Suggestion: do not state who the manufacturer is on your listings.
